Rental & Leasing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to expand the construction equipment rental and leasing business.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, road, mining, oil & gas, and related sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project owners, and key accounts.
• Drive rental revenue, fleet utilization, profitability, and market share.
• Manage equipment deployment, availability, utilization, and fleet optimization.
• Coordinate with Service and Operations teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Prepare rental/leasing quotations and commercial proposals and lead negotiations.
• Monitor contracts, renewals, collections, pricing, margins, and P&L performance.
• Lead and motivate the Rental & Leasing team and monitor KPIs.
• Prepare regular business performance and MIS reports for management.
