• Manage end-to-end rental agreement services for property owners and tenants.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the rental agreement process, charges, and timelines.
• Coordinate with owners, tenants, and legal/service teams for agreement preparation.
• Collect and verify required property and customer details.
• Coordinate document collection, drafting, review, and registration/e-signing as applicable.
• Schedule field visits or registration appointments when required.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of pending activities.
• Resolve customer queries related to rental agreements and documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer and service details in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service partners for smooth execution.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, service standards, and applicable documentation requirements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve assigned service and productivity targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should ready to field work for kyc and document verification to visit the client location in kurla and domivalli ( Mumbai )
