Job Description

We are looking for a Renewals Calling Executive to manage insurance policy renewals, customer follow-ups, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for policy renewals and follow up on due/expired policies.
• Explain renewal terms, premiums, and policy benefits.
• Achieve monthly renewal and calling targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Handle customer queries and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely policy renewal and issuance.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in insurance, telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up ability.
• Insurance industry experience preferred
