Renewals Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage renewals of insurance policies for clients.
• Identify potential issues with subscriptions and take proactive steps to resolve them before they impact client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of debts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data using tools like bucket analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in collections.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in credit collection, debt collection, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Hindi language (written & spoken).
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with subscription renewals, loan recoveries, and payment recoveries.
