About this role

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and track the renewal pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on upcoming contract and subscription renewals.
- Prepare, validate, and share renewal quotations while ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance with business guidelines.
- Collaborate with channel partners and vendors to drive renewals, resolve issues, and improve renewal conversion rates.
- Manage & maintain the database and provide accurate renewal forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports using CRM and reporting tools.
- Support commercial discussions and negotiations to maximize renewal revenue, customer retention, and partner satisfaction.
- Ensure a seamless renewal experience through proactive communication, documentation management, and timely execution.
