Renewal Process

Job Profile:-

• Responsible for calling on the leads-renewals data shared by the company
• Follow up calls on the already existing Care Renewals Policy data
• In-house-Office Job only-No field work required
• It's an outbound and inbound process.
• Responsible for briefing the customer about the product & additional benefits or offers.
• Responsible for convincing the customersto renew the policy, port the policy and closing the lead.
• Responsible for achieving the given targets
