Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end life insurance policy renewals.
  
• Coordinate with insurance companies, partners, and customers for timely renewals.
  
• Share renewal quotations, payment links, and policy documents.
  
• Follow up on pending renewals and ensure timely policy issuance.
  
• Resolve customer and partner queries related to renewals.
  
• Maintain renewal MIS and ensure defined TATs are met.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth renewal operations.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance Renewal Operations.
  
• Experience in an Insurance Broking Company will be preferred.
  
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and insurer portals.
  
• Ability to manage multiple renewal cases efficiently.
