We are looking for a presenter who understands the balance between engaging and professional. We are not looking for a News Anchor or a Hype-beast YouTuber.

We want a warm, helpful human who can explain complex tech without putting people to sleep.

The Gist

• Role: Video Presenter (Business Software / Tech / Internet / Professional Services)
• Type: Remote Contractor (Ongoing, 3-month initial term)
• Location: Remote (Your Home Studio)
• Commitment: Approx. 2-3 videos per week (each 3-5 minutes).
• Pay: Per-video rates, or we can structure a monthly retainer for consistent work.
• The Best Part: Zero Editing. You shoot, we edit.

More About the Role

Let's be real: usually, content creator roles are a trap where you have to script, shoot, edit, mix audio, and design thumbnails until 2 AM.

This isn't that.

We have an incredible post-production team. We need you for your presence, your delivery, and your ability to make a script feel like a conversation.

You'll be the face of our product walkthroughs. Your job is to take a script about a new feature - say, an analytics dashboard, and explain it so clearly that a user thinks, Oh, thank god, that solves my problem.

You are an Educator, not an Influencer: You can take a script and make it feel like a helpful conversation.

You Speak Modern Business Fluently: You definitely don't need to be an engineer or know how to code or be a finance professional. However, you will be talking about tools, services, and utilities people use at work. If words like Integration, Dashboard, Widget, or Payment Gateway feel foreign or intimidating to you, you might struggle here. We are looking for someone who can say these words naturally—like they use them every day, and without tripping over them.

A role that respects your craft. You focus on lighting, audio, and delivery. We handle the pixel-pushing in Premiere Pro.

Predictable income. If you prefer certainty over project-by-project work, we can structure a monthly retainer (minimum video commitment). Invoice us, money hits your account. No chasing payments, no it will be done in a few weeks. We've gone 120+ months without missing a payday, and that includes our contractors.

We're Springzo, a content marketing agency that helps software & B2B tech companies cut through the noise. We believe every content should actually be worth consuming. We're self-funded, profitable, and allergic to corporate stiffness.

So, what would you ACTUALLY be doing

• SHOOTING: Recording high-quality talking head footage from your home studio.
• NOT EDITING: Uploading raw video and audio files to our cloud. That's it.
• DELIVERY: Delivering scripts accurately while maintaining eye contact with the lens. (Using a teleprompter is a plus, but not required if you are comfortable delivering lines naturally).
• CONSISTENCY: Ensuring your background, lighting, and sound are identical in Video #1 and Video #50.

You're definitely our person if:

• You have a Pro Home Setup. (Minimum 1080p camera, 4K preferred. Shotgun or Lav mic. Proper lighting. No webcams, no AirPods).
• Access to a Teleprompter is good to have but not mandatory.
• You have a reel that shows you teaching or explaining something. (Commercial acting reels are cool, but can you explain a software UI or a concept)
• You are reliable. If you say the footage will be up by Tuesday, it's up by Tuesday.
