Remote Social Media & E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to manage our end-to-end digital presence across e-commerce platforms and social media channels. In addition to driving digital growth, the ideal candidate will work closely with the owner, providing operational assistance to streamline day-to-day E-commerce business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and graphics to elevate brand presence.
• Monitor engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and manage social media growth strategy.
• Manage online marketplace listings, product cataloging, and inventory updates.
• Optimize product listings (SEO titles, descriptions, and images) to boost online sales.
• Monitor orders, track fulfillment, and resolve customer support queries on e-commerce platforms.
• Assist with operational coordination, vendor communication, and special projects as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and E-Commerce store management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and e-commerce dashboards.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask independently.
