Are you looking to start your career in IT recruitment with the flexibility of working from home and the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on your performance?
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Technical Recruiters.
Position Details
- Role: Technical Recruiter Fresher
- Company: Jinn Search Partners
- Work Mode: 100% Remote / Work From Home
- Fixed Salary: 10,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Additional incentives based on eligible successful placements
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday Full Day; Saturday – Half Day (until 2:00 PM)
Performance Incentives – Perform More, Earn More!
Earn additional incentives for successful placements:
- 1st & 2nd joining: 5,000 per joining
- 3rd joining: 10,000
- 4th joining onwards: 15,000 per joining
- Annual Consistency Bonus: 50,000, subject to achieving at least one eligible successful joining every month for 12 consecutive months.
Your earning potential grows with your performance!
Note: Incentives are subject to the company policy, completion of the applicable 90-day replacement period, receipt of the client's recruitment fee, and other eligibility conditions.
Requirements
- You must have your own laptop.
- A stable internet connection suitable for daily work and video calls is required.
- You should be comfortable communicating with candidates over phone calls.
- You should be willing to learn technical recruitment and work in a performance-driven environment.
