Location: Work from Home India / Anywhere in India

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM AEST

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team on a permanent work-from-home basis.

This role is ideal for someone who wants international work exposure, enjoys coming up with creative ideas, and is confident working independently. You will be working with an Australian business and supporting our branding, product design, social media and day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Design product labels and packaging

Create carton and product designs

Design engaging social media posts and promotional content

Create and maintain product catalogues

Prepare daily social media content

Assist with social media management

Help develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotions

Edit and update product images and marketing materials

Assist with basic administrative tasks when required

Maintain consistency across our branding and marketing materials

Work closely with the team to bring new ideas and designs to life

What We’re Looking For

Strong creative and design skills

Experience with graphic design and social media content creation

You will not be required to appear on camera or post photos/videos of yourself. The social media content will be focused entirely on our products, promotions and business.

Good understanding of branding, layouts, colours and typography

Creative mindset with the ability to suggest new ideas and concepts

Good attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good written and spoken English

Ability to work independently from home

Previous experience in packaging/product design is an advantage

Experience with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or similar is preferred
