Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a HubSpot & N8N Developer. The person in this position will design, implement, and maintain automated workflows and integrations using HubSpot and N8N, ensuring data flows reliably between internal and external systems. Daily tasks include configuring HubSpot objects, properties, and automation, building N8N workflows, troubleshooting integration issues, and optimizing existing automation for performance and reliability. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and documenting workflows and processes. The developer will monitor workflow performance, apply best practices for data quality and security, and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building automation workflows and integrations using tools such as HubSpot and N8N, or similar automation platforms.
• Proficiency in configuring CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) including objects, fields, pipelines, automation rules, and API-based integrations.
• Comfort with basic scripting or programming concepts (such as JavaScript or similar languages) to handle data transformations and custom logic in workflows.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing workflows, with attention to data accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and document solutions clearly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with remote, cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, and leadership).
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and data formats such as JSON, as well as basic understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
• Prior experience in a digital agency, SaaS, or marketing operations environment is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
