We are looking for a professional, reliable and customer-focused Client Support Executive based in India to work remotely and support our London-based team. The successful candidate will communicate with clients, manage enquiries, make follow-up calls and help maintain an organised client management process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries through WhatsApp, telephone and other communication channels.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on enquiries, pending documents, appointments and client updates.
• Reconnect with previous enquiries and help convert potential leads into consultation bookings.
• Maintain accurate client records, call notes and follow-up reminders in our CRM system.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate with the team based in London, UK.
• Provide professional and timely customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling client information and documents.
• Refer immigration-related questions requiring professional advice to the appropriate team member or qualified legal partner.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, sales or client relationship management.
• Good spoken and written English & Hindi.
• Confident telephone communication and professional WhatsApp communication skills.
• Strong follow-up, organisational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• A reliable computer, stable internet connection and quiet workspace.
• Ability to work according to UK business hours and coordinate with a UK-based team.

Experience in visa consultancy, immigration support, international education or international customer service will be an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary of 20,000–30,000 per month, depending on experience.
• Annual salary range of 2,40,000–3,60,000.
