Remedy Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy BMC Remedy ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using Perforce workflows.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards using Remedy's reporting tools to provide insights into IT service performance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to BMC Remedy implementation, configuration, and data migration.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in developing BMC Remedy ITSM solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT services management principles and practices (ITIL).
• Proficiency in developing custom workflows using Perforce or similar tools.
• Experience with report development using Remedy's reporting tools.
