- Experience in MDM development and implementation
- Strong Data Modelling experience
- Hands-on experience with:

- Match & Merge Strategies
- Survivorship
- Trust Frameworks
- Hierarchies
- Relationships
- Reference Data
- Experience establishing Data Quality Controls
- Experience with Data Profiling, Scorecards, Rules & Monitoring
- Experience designing Data Remediation Workflows
- Experience leading complex, multi-domain MDM programs
- Experience in MDM development and operations

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong client-facing/stakeholder management experience
