Job Summary We are looking for an experienced

Reltio MDM Developer with 5+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the

Reltio MDM platform . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data modeling, match and merge configurations, survivorship rules, integrations, and API-based development. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Reltio platform.
• Create and maintain Reltio data models, entity relationships, hierarchies, and reference data.
• Configure and optimize Match & Merge rules and Survivorship policies.
• Develop and support data ingestion, transformation, and synchronization pipelines.
• Build and maintain integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, and third-party integration tools.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs for data exchange between enterprise applications.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, consistency, and performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and support deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand MDM requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and best practice implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM.
• Expertise in: + Reltio Data Model + Match & Merge configuration + Survivorship Rules + Data Quality and Data Governance
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
• Experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
• Hands-on experience with integration tools such as Informatica, MuleSoft, or similar middleware platforms.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Microsoft Azure).
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise MDM implementations.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and metadata management.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
