Job Summary
Experienced and proactive Release Engineer to oversee and optimize the release lifecycle of modern web applications built on Next.js , React.js , Azure APIM , and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .
Will be responsible for managing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines , coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth, secure, and timely deployments across environments.
Key Responsibilities
- CI/CD Pipeline Management
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Azure DevOps pipelines for build, test, and deployment.
- Automate release processes and enforce best practices for version control, branching strategies, and artifact management.
- Release Planning & Coordination
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to plan and schedule releases.
- Define release scope, timelines, and rollback strategies.
- Manage release calendars and communicate release status to stakeholders.
- Environment & Deployment Oversight
- Ensure consistency across development, staging, and production environments.
- Monitor deployments and troubleshoot issues during release cycles.
- Manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates and environment configurations.
- Governance & Compliance
- Enforce security, compliance, and audit requirements within release workflows.
- Maintain documentation for release processes, approvals, and change logs.
- Tooling & Integration
- Integrate Azure DevOps with tools like GitHub, Jira, SonarQube, and monitoring platforms.
- Support and enhance workflows for applications using Next.js, React.js, Azure APIM, and AEM. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Release Manager or DevOps Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Azure DevOps , including YAML pipelines, environments, and approvals.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js ,
- Proven experience as a Release Manager or DevOps Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Integrate Azure DevOps with tools like GitHub, Jira, SonarQube, and monitoring platforms.
