    • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting defect metrics, trends, and KPIs to stakeholders.

    • Planning, coordinating, and executing software releases across various environments.

    • Ensuring compliance with Change Management processes and organizational governance requirements.

    • Leading process adoption initiatives and maintaining alignment with Quality Management System (QMS) standards.

We value passion and attitude over experience. That's why we don't expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Release Management, Defect Management, or Change Management roles.

    • Experience or understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

    • Knowledge of Change Management processes and industry-standard practices.

    • Familiarity with ServiceNow for change, incident, and problem tracking.

    • An ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is preferred.

    • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

    • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from monotonous routines.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supportive colleagues.

    • Contribute to innovative and impactful projects.
