Relationship Support Manager - RXIL - Business Development - Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Identify, research, and qualify potential new clients through cold calling, email outreach, or other means of prospecting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and provide support for client needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in sales or relationship management in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and ability to leverage it effectively for lead tracking and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls or meetings.
