Responsibilities

• Follows client sourcing and screening strategies to select top talent for client in an efficient and effective manner
• Represents client(s) in a strong and reputable manner by leveraging the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)to engage candidates in the marketplace. • Provides an exceptional experience throughout the candidate lifecycle through maintaining clear communication with candidates; and works closely with client TA team and hiring managers to align expectations
• Takes ownership of assigned requirements; seeks support to adjust approach as needed to achieve results for customer, team, self and AGS.
• Seeks to understand performance against contract SLAs (e.g., requisition aging, gearing ratios) and adjusts approach to ensure program SLAs and commitments are being met consistently
• Balances the needs of the customer with AGS priorities, ensuring alignment to AGS goals and strategy.
• Establishes a pipeline of talent for client(s) through an organized approach and strong understanding of anticipated demands
• Gathers appropriate information with urgency to ensure actions and solutions are aligned to customer needs.
• Works to build relationships with hiring managers through regular touchpoints to understand demand and prioritize accordingly.
• Learns and shares client and market intelligence to maintain personal and team performance.
• Supports team effectiveness by sharing relevant information (e.g., candidate pipelines, market intelligence, best practices) effectively using formal and informal channels.
• Seeks support and guidance from team within challenging scenarios (e.g., handling niche skillsets, aging requirements).
• Demonstrates a growth mindset through accepting accountability for missed goals or errors and implementing feedback.
• Demonstrates recruitment expertise by preparing insightful questions prior to conducting a requisition intake call.
