Position: Relationship Associate / Officer

Location: Santoshpur (Jadavpur), Kolkata

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours:

* 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

* Monday to Saturday

* Sunday Fixed Off

Salary & Benefits:

* Up to 15% hike on last drawn salary

* Maximum 25,000 In-Hand

* PF , ESIC Benefits & Annual Bonus

Eligibility Criteria:

* Graduation Mandatory

* Minimum 6 Months – 1 Year Experience in:

- Sales

- Relationship Management

- BPO

- International Voice Process

- Telesales

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain regular communication with architects and contractors associated with the organization.

* Build and nurture strong client relationships to support franchise store sales.

* Understand customer requirements and provide product-related information.

* Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain long-term business relationships.
