Relationship Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting to drive growth in the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that target specific customer segments.
• Analyze sales data to track performance metrics and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in field sales or business development in the banking industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance etc. .
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers at all levels.
