Relationship Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and other sales channels.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable banking/financial products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, processing, and disbursement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular sales and performance updates to the reporting manager.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.

Eligibility:

• Graduate preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with experience in banking, NBFC, insurance, loans, or financial sales will be preferred.
