Job Overview

We are looking for sales-oriented candidates with experience in Mortgage / Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The candidate will be responsible for direct business sourcing, customer acquisition, and managing DSA/connector relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through direct sourcing and open-market sales.
• Handle Mortgage / LAP products and acquire new customers.
• Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Manage leads from sourcing to loan disbursement.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any stream.
• Currently working in Mortgage / LAP product line preferred.
• Strong direct business sourcing experience.
• Experience in DSA and connector sourcing.
• Sales-oriented with good communication and negotiation skills.
• Stable employment track record.
• CIBIL Score: 700+.
• Age Limit: Maximum 30–32 years.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.

Average Ticket Size: 25–35 Lakh
