About PSN Finance: A fully registered NBFC, catering primarily to fleet and retail customers with tailored financing solutions for new and used vehicles, equipment purchases, and short-term business loans. We are targeting INR 1000 Crores in AUM in the next 4 years.

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Officer to manage and grow our vehicle finance portfolio. The role involves sourcing new customers, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring smooth loan processing for commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in vehicle finance.
• Build and maintain relationships with
• Auto dealers
• Showrooms
• Direct customers
• Source loan applications and guide customers through the loan process
• Conduct basic credit assessments and verify customer documents
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
• Maintain MIS reports and track leads/conversions

• Monthly loan disbursement targets
• Number of new customer acquisitions
• Dealer/channel partnerships onboarded
• Loan approval ratio
• Portfolio quality (low delinquency/NPA)

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in NBFC/Banking/Vehicle Finance preferred

• 3-8 years in:
• Vehicle finance
• Retail lending
• BFSI sales
