Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Sales department, focusing on the used tractor financing segment. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financing needs, and providing tailored financial solutions for used tractor purchases. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agricultural financing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in expanding the bank's footprint in rural and semi-urban markets by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the used tractor financing segment to drive business growth.
• Assess customer creditworthiness and financial needs to recommend appropriate loan products and financing solutions.
• Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and disbursal of loans while adhering to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on loan application processes, documentation requirements, and repayment schedules.
• Monitor loan accounts regularly to ensure timely repayments and proactively address any delinquencies or defaults.
• Organize and participate in community outreach programs and agricultural fairs to promote the bank's used tractor financing products.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls, audit requirements, and risk management protocols related to loan disbursement and recovery.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and customer handling skills.
