Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the agricultural sector, focusing on used tractor financing.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of loan applications related to used tractors, ensuring adherence to the banks credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by engaging with farmers, tractor dealers, and rural communities to promote the banks financing products.
- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, legal, and operations to facilitate smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on loan products, repayment schedules, and documentation requirements to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor loan accounts regularly to track repayments, identify potential defaults, and initiate timely recovery actions in coordination with the collections team.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making within the Sales Department.
- Participate in community outreach programs and agricultural fairs to enhance the banks visibility and strengthen its presence in rural markets.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards related to agricultural financing.
- Continuously update knowledge of market conditions, competitor offerings, and government schemes related to agricultural equipment financing.
