Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote Swadesh Banking products and services.
- Identify customer needs through detailed discussions and provide customized financial solutions aligned with AU Small Finance Bank's offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively cross-selling and upselling banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and insurance.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the banks CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide relevant advice and maintain compliance.
- Organize and participate in community outreach programs and financial literacy initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while managing customer relationships.
