Position: Relationship Officer Mortgages / HL / MSME / LAP / GL

Job Locations: Gurgaon, Jaipur, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Preet Vihar, Noida, Prashant Vihar, Mohali, Karnal, Ludhiana & Jalandhar

Job Responsibilities

• Source loan customers and achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor loan portfolios and conduct regular customer visits.
• Maintain credit discipline and support recovery activities.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Handle loan documentation and customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 2–3 years in the BFSI sector.
• Preferred Background: Banking / NBFC / Mortgage lending.
• Product Knowledge: Housing Loans (HL), LAP, MSME and Mortgage products.
