About this role
Role Overview: Field sales role responsible for sourcing and managing Loan Against Property (LAP) business through self-sourcing, connectors, and referrals, while supporting customers throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire new Loan Against Property customers.
- Generate business through self-sourcing, connectors, and referral networks.
- Manage customer relationships and drive loan disbursements.
- Maintain portfolio quality and identify cross-sell opportunities.
Ticket Size:
- Up to 5 Crores (subject to product and policy guidelines).
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with experience in BFSI/lending sales.
- Prior experience in Loan Against Property, Mortgage, Home Loans, or Secured Lending preferred.
- Strong sales, networking, and relationship management skills. Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel.
