Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrating, presenting, introducing, and selling banking products.
• Generating new leads and following up on leads provided.
• Maintaining records of sales leads and customer details.
• Willingness to travel and convince customers to avail of personal loan products.
• Building good relationships with customers.
• Generating leads and ensuring successful closures.
• Completing customer loan proposals and submitting them to the Bank.
• Processing customer files and maintaining records and reports.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships during both pre-sales and post-sales.

Required Candidate Profile

• Good customer approach and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local customers and target markets in Chennai.
• Age: 1835 years.
• Graduate preferred.
• Sales experience is an added advantage.
• 2-wheeler is preferable.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
