About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for post-onboarding merchant support and servicing and cross-sell
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for merchant device installation, activation, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely delivery of POS/QR/Soundbox devices and merchant kits.
- Educate merchants on usage, settlement process, and benefits of the banks payment products.
- Monitor merchant activity to identify inactive users and implement reactivation strategies.
- Handle service requests, grievances, and device-related complaints efficiently.
- Ensure merchant KYC and compliance documentation is up to date.
- Assist the acquisition team in improving merchant retention and satisfaction.
