Relationship Officer - Loan Sales

THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE with monthly sales targets. Candidates with field sales experience in ANY sector can apply - BFSI / Insurance / Banking sales experience will be preferred.

We are hiring for one of the top reputed NBFC / Financial Services companies - Relationship Officer - Loan Sales in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. 2 open positions.

Role: Source secured micro / business loans for small businesses and self-employed customers in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source loan customers through field visits and connector network

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets

• Collect documents and support loan appraisal

• Maintain good portfolio quality

• Follow compliance and KYC norms

What we are looking for:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in loan / NBFC / banking field sales

• Good local market knowledge

• Target-oriented attitude

• Must be living in / near Ahmedabad (local candidates only)

• Graduate in any discipline

Salary: Rs 3,25,000 - 4,25,000 per annum + incentives
