Relationship Officer loan against property

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify potential customers for mortgage loans and LAP products.
• Conduct thorough assessment of customer creditworthiness to determine loan eligibility.
• Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on loan portfolios.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year experience in banking or finance industry.
• Strong understanding of mortgage loans and LAP (Loan Against Property) concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
