Relationship Officer Home loans

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of home loans and minimize defaults.
• Process new home loan applications, conducting credit checks and appraisals as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues related to their home loans.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other bank products and services.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in secured lending, preferably in the housing finance industry.
• Strong understanding of home loan processes, including disbursement, repayment schedules, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients at all levels.
• Proficiency in using LAP (Loan Administration Package) software.
