Designation: Relationship Officer / Team Leader

Job Location: Nagapattinam, Karaikal & Kallakurichi

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrating, presenting, introducing and selling banking products.
• Generating new leads and following up on leads provided.
• Maintaining records of sales leads and customer interactions.
• Willingness to travel and convince customers to purchase loan products.
• Building a good relationship and approach with customers.
• Generating leads and ensuring successful closures.
• Travelling throughout rural and urban areas to meet customers.
• Completing customer loan proposals and submitting them to the Bank.
• Processing customer files and maintaining records and reports.
• Maintaining customer relationships during pre-sales and post-sales.

Required Candidate Profile

• Good customer approach and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local customers and target businesses.
• Age between 1835 years.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Sales experience is an added advantage.
• 2-wheeler preferred.
• Male candidates preferred due to compulsory field work.
• Candidates from Nagapattinam, Karaikal, Kallakurichi and nearby locations are preferred.
