Job Summary We are looking for a Relationship Manager / Key Account Manager with strong field sales experience in the healthcare industry. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare professionals to onboard them as partners, generate maximum patient leads/referrals, and offer CarePal Group’s portfolio of services. Key Responsibilities Hospital & Doctor Network Development Identify, approach, and onboard hospitals, clinics, and doctors across Mumbai (Western, Central, Navi Mumbai). Build strong, long-term relationships with hospital management, staff, and key decision-makers. Create and maintain a database of hospital and doctor partners. POC Onboarding Identify and establish relationships with Points of Contact (POCs) in hospitals. Train POCs on CarePal Group’s services, processes, and referral systems. Ensure smooth integration of services within hospital workflows. Patient Lead Generation Generate maximum patient referrals through hospital tie-ups and doctor relationships. Educate patients and their families about CarePal Money, CarePal Secure, and ImpactGuru services. Drive patient acquisition by providing end-to-end support in accessing CarePal solutions. Sales & Business Growth Achieve monthly targets for hospital onboarding and patient leads. Actively promote and cross-sell CarePal Group services to maximize hospital engagement. Execute field sales strategies to grow CarePal’s market presence in the assigned territory. Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for partner hospitals and doctors. Resolve partner queries and ensure seamless service delivery. Strengthen long-term engagement and ensure consistent referral flow. Requirements Experience: 2–6 years of field sales experience in the healthcare industry (preferred: hospitals, diagnostics, pharma, healthtech, or patient financing). Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Healthcare, or related fields. Skills & Competencies: Strong network in the healthcare ecosystem. Proven track record in hospital/doctor onboarding and patient lead generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field. Target-oriented with strong execution skills.
