Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Relationship Managers – Tele Sales to manage the end-to-end loan journey for MSME customers. The role involves customer engagement, loan processing, relationship management, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loan applications from sourcing to disbursement.
• Connect with customers, understand requirements, and guide them through the loan process.
• Collect and verify documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk, and Documentation teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with MSME customers and channel partners.
• Achieve productivity, conversion, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Freshers welcome; experience in Tele Sales, Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or Financial Services preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to earn incentives.
