About this role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.

- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and services, including policy terms and conditions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex client queries.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
