Relationship Manager

As a VJ Parivaar Relationship Manager, you build relationships with our customers throughout their journey: from the first hello, to the day they walk into their new home, and long after.

No checklist captures it. But here's a glimpse of what you'll get to do:

• Be the voice customers look forward to. Keep families in the loop at every milestone, from project updates to the day they get their keys, with invitations and updates that sound like VJ at its warmest.
• Create moments people remember. Bring customers together for celebrations, possession events, meets and community activities that feel like a welcome, not an event.
• Listen, really listen. Understand every question, concern and expectation, rally the right teams to make things right, and turn what customers tell us into better experiences.
• Build a community and grow the family. Nurture real relationships with customers, resident representatives and neighbours, and be the reason a happy customer brings the people they love to VJ through our Referral & Loyalty programme.
• Keep every promise, and make things happen. Work with teams across VJ, each with their own strengths, so what we commit to is delivered on time. You'll be trusted to take ownership and check back to make sure it was.
