Relationship Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Insurance, preferably with experience in Agency Channel.

• Managing and leading a team of financial advisors/agents to achieve business goals.


• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.


• Providing training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

• Proven experience in General Insurance, preferably in Agency Channel.


• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients and stakeholders.


• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to work under pressure.


• Experience in recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors/agents is an added advantage.
