Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Open new Demat accounts for clients, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and issues promptly.
• Meet sales targets by cross-selling relevant financial products to existing clients.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
• Strong understanding of demat account opening, processing, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
