Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Jodhpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to queries, and guiding customers through policy selection, onboarding, and servicing. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and channel partners, supporting claim-related interactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. The Relationship Manager will monitor customer portfolios, identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and support branch-level business growth while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The position requires regular reporting on customer feedback, operational issues, and sales activities to support continuous improvement in service quality.
Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build long-term trust and rapport.
• Sales and business development capabilities, including lead conversion, cross-selling, and meeting branch-level targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in explaining complex information in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
• Basic knowledge of health insurance products and processes, including policy issuance, renewals, and claims handling, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with branch staff, agents, and other partners, while managing multiple customer interactions efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and readiness to work on-site in Jodhpur with flexible hours when business needs require.
