Job Title: Relationship Manager – Gold Loan

Rupeek Fintech is conducting a Walk-In Interview Drive this Friday for the position of Relationship Manager. We are looking for energetic candidates with experience in the gold loan segment or motivated freshers who possess strong gold loan knowledge.

• Acquire and onboard new clients for Gold Loan products.

• Evaluate gold assets and assist customers with appraisal and documentation processes.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Explain interest rates, loan terms, and repayment options clearly to clients.

• Meet individual business targets and drive sales growth in the assigned region.

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and risk management standards during customer interactions.

• Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream/ 1 year exp in gold loan

• Experience:

  • Prior experience in Gold Loans / Financial Services OR

  • Freshers with good knowledge of the Gold Loan process/industry.

• Skills: Strong communication skills, sales-oriented mindset, basic gold valuation knowledge, and good interpersonal skills.

• CTC: Up to 5,000,000 P.A. (5 LPA) (Commensurate with experience and interview performance)
