Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Faizabad. The person in this role will manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable loan, credit card, and insurance products. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, explaining product features and eligibility, collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating with banking and NBFC partners, and tracking applications through to disbursement. The Relationship Manager will also follow up on leads, maintain accurate records in internal systems, support clients with post-disbursement queries, and work closely with the branch and sales team to achieve business targets while providing a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications

• Client relationship and communication skills: ability to build trust, handle client queries, and explain financial products clearly.
• Sales and negotiation skills: experience in cross-selling and up-selling financial products, converting leads, and meeting targets.
• Financial services knowledge: understanding of loans, credit cards, and insurance products, along with basic knowledge of eligibility criteria and documentation.
• Organizational and follow-up skills: ability to manage multiple client cases, track application status, and ensure timely closure.
• Technical aptitude: comfort using mobile apps, CRM systems, and digital tools for CIBIL checks, EMI calculations, and application processing.
• Educational background: a graduate degree in any discipline; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience: prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or loan distribution is preferred, especially in retail lending or relationship management.
• Other attributes: strong integrity, customer-centric mindset, willingness to work on-site in Faizabad, and proficiency in local language(s) and English.
