Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Managers to handle customer interactions, explain health insurance plans, generate sales, and maintain customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Speak with customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain health insurance plans and benefits.
• Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain customer details and call records in CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Graduate.
• Freshers to 1 year of experienced candidates can apply.
• Age: 18 to 30 years.
• Good English and Kannada communication.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with sales targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
