Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive business growth for our Supply Chain Finance and Working Capital solutions. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities within the fintech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with corporates, financial institutions, and channel partners.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Supply Chain Finance solutions.
• Drive onboarding and revenue growth through strong relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in Relationship Management, Business Development, Banking, NBFC, or Fintech.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Finance and Working Capital products preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
• MBA or relevant professional qualification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and business development mindset.
