Relationship Manager

A Relationship Manager (RM) for direct sales acts as the primary link between a company and its clients to drive new revenue, pitch products, and build long-term loyalty.Core Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Find new prospects using cold calls, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and field visits.
• Direct Selling: Pitch services or products, negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals.
• Client Engagement: Understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and maintain regular contact.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue quotas.
• Pipeline Management: Track leads, meetings, and follow-ups daily using the company's CRM software

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
• Mindset: Target-driven, resilient under pressure, and highly self-motivated
