Job Details
- Experience: 6 months to 5 years
- Gender: Male Candidates Only
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Salary: 3.5 LPA – 5 LPA

Requirements
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales
- Experience in Banking, NBFC or Financial Services preferred
- Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in field sales
- Candidates with relevant Home Loan / LAP sales experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and acquire customers for Home Loan & LAP
- Develop relationships with customers and referral sources
- Generate leads through field visits and other channels
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain regular customer follow-up and relationship
