Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition and Onboarding:

• Identify and acquire new clients for equity trading and investment services.
• Build a strong network to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation and KYC compliance are completed efficiently.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). o Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment needs to provide tailored equity market solutions.
• Regularly engage with clients to review their portfolios and suggest adjustments based on market trends.

3. Equity Market Advisory and Execution:

• Provide clients with expert advice on equity investments, market opportunities, and trading strategies.
• Ensure timely execution of buy/sell orders and provide updates on market conditions.
• Suggest additional financial products such as mutual funds, bonds, and derivatives to diversify client portfolios.

4. Revenue Generation:

• Achieve individual revenue targets through equity broking revenue, Value added schemes and third party product sales.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for other financial products and services. o Monitor and ensure high client activity levels to meet brokerage revenue goals
